Staff Training

Training is an on going factor used to ensure staff are engaged and up to speed with all things nursery related. At The Orange Tree Day Nursery we pride oursleves on regular training, both in house and external, to ensure our staff are are up to date with everything from the latest games, songs and Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines (EYFS) to health & saftey and first aid.

A more confident, better skilled, productive and more motivated workforce ensures quality and creates an enjoyable working environment for all involved.

We encourage our staff to look for different ideas on training opportunites that could bring something new to the nursery. This opens up new and fresh stimulus which benefits the staff, children and parents alike.

Team Building

Staff who work well together as a team creates a happier and more productive environment. We arrange at least a couple of get togethers each year where all of our nursery staff meet up for a meal, or a fun day, etc. This helps to strengthen the bond between staff members across the nurseries making us one big team.
