On Saturday 10 September we were delighted to welcome all of our staff to a full company training day. Jacqui Mason opened the day by sharing our Company Vision and Goals and welcomed our newest team from The Orange Tree @ Burnaston.
This included Safeguarding training updates for all staff (including our support teams) - this was an informative and practical session delivered by Alice Houldsworth and gave us all important time to reflect on a critical area of our day to day responsibilities.
After lunch our teams shared some fabulous ideas on age specific nursery activities and their learning intentions. We also spent time discussing language development and story telling.
This was a wonderful opportunity to have all of our enthusiastic and experienced practitioners all in one room. Thank you all for all of your hard work and a fabulous day of innovation and learning!
