Last week we enjoyed celebrating Diwali in lots of ways with our staff and children.
Our tuff spot has been full of colourful lights and shredded paper to allow the children to explore textures and identify colours.
Our children designed their own Rangoli patterns through transient art (using coloured rice and loose parts).
We made our own tealights using salt dough. The children loved choosing a range of bright colours to paint these!
As Diwali is the festival of light, our preschool children enjoyed experimenting with tie-dye. They used white T-shirts to create their own colourful designs.
We have all Loved learning about Diwali!!
